Meet Your Coach: Lily Aspen

Lily Aspen is a functional nutrition coach who helps people make sense of long-dismissed symptoms and rebuild trust with a body that’s been asking for support.

Her work is rooted in one core belief:

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re under-fueled, and your body is responding exactly as it should.​

 

Lily’s approach is deeply personal. Diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome in childhood and later developing POTS after COVID, she lived through years of dizziness, fatigue, blood sugar crashes, and unanswered questions, despite doing everything she was told.​

 

That experience changed everything.​

 

Through evidence-based functional nutrition, Lily discovered what no one had explained before:

the gut was the key.

Today, she specializes in helping people with digestive issues uncover root causes, move beyond temporary fixes, and restore confidence in their body, without shame, restriction, or guesswork.

She’s known for:
