For items provided by Body Love Cafe: we always strive to ensure we provide you with the exact products you ordered, either in-person or via phone or email. If you received an item in error which has been unopened, please contact us so that we may make arrangements to provide you the correct item and accept your return.

If you wish to return previously ordered items for any other reason, please consider the following items before contacting Body Love Cafe:

Pre-approval is required for all returns & must be within 7 days of receipt
Refrigerated items cannot be returned
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to unopened, un-refrigerated returns
Special orders, herbal blends, advanced lab testing (urine, stool, saliva, etc.) & blood lab test fees cannot be returned

All items paid to outside Vendors (ex. Prolon, Designs for Health, Fullscript, Rupa Health, etc) have their own customer service and return/refund policies. Please contact them directly for any return needs.

Body Love Cafe (BLC) shares your concerns about privacy on the Internet. In order to better protect your privacy, BLC has provided this notice explaining its online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Children:

The Website is not intended for children under the age of 13. BLC does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13 years of age. In the event that BLC becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a user under 13 years of age, it will take steps to delete such information from its database.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance:

If you are a California resident and use our website or app, you are entitled to request certain information regarding our disclosure of certain “personal information” (as defined in California Civil Code Section 1798.83) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. A request may be made no more than once per calendar year and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the email address above.

However, please note that at this time, BLC does NOT disclose any "personal information" to third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.

Opt Out:

You may choose not to receive marketing materials or advertisements regarding BLC products by simply notifying BLC directly at team@bodylovecafe.com or at 925-888-8101. Upon receipt and processing of an “opt out” request, BLC will, within a commercially reasonable amount of time, remove your information from any future unsolicited marketing communications and advertisements. Your request not to receive marketing materials or advertisements will not apply to information that you request to receive.

Security, No Liability:

BLC has implemented security measures to help protect against the risk of loss, misuse, and alteration of any information under BLC's control. Indemnification:

Termination:

Governing Law & Arbitration:

The laws of the State of California (excluding any principles of conflicts of laws) govern your use of the Site, the services and these Terms. You agree that the parties shall settle any claim or dispute relating to these Terms by binding arbitration in Lafayette, CA under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. Waiver & Severability:

Furthermore, no delay or omission by BLC to exercise any right or any noncompliance on your part with respect to the Terms shall impair any such right or be construed to be a waiver by BLC. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdiction, provided, however, if such invalid or unenforceable provision may be modified so as to be valid and enforceable as a matter of law, such provision will be deemed to have been modified so as to be valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
