We all need a little help when we make significant changes to our lives. Join your peers in this safe, and friendly environment as we make our lives better together.
Kylene and David will lead the group as we dive deep into the nuts and bolts of the body love challenge workbook.
Learn more about which type of diet you should choose.
Feed Your Soul-
High Fat, Low Carb-
Share your challenges and develop ideas to help yourself and others with similar adversity.
Make 2020 your best year yet with the help of the BLC team and others trying to improve thier lives.
The class is FREE and open to all.
Bring yourself, and bring friends that are trying to make a change also.
We will meet for 5 Saturdays starting January 18th. Attend when you can, or make the series your new year's resolution.
