How the BODY LOVE CHALLENGE Works:
4 Short Weeks to Make This Happen! -----Only 4 quick classes and lots to cover including information on Thyroid Health, Adrenal Fatigue, Hormonal Balancing, Leptin Resistance, Heart Health, Sleep, Stress, Sex and more...
Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
Week 1 - January 22nd 6:30-8:30 pm (2 hour class)
Week 2 - January 29th 6:30-8:30 pm (2 hour class)
Week 3 - February 5th 6:30-8:00 pm (1.5 hour class)
Week 4 - February 12th 6:30-8:00 pm (1.5 hour class)
Every class is DIFFERENT and you may attend any or all of them
Focus on Detox AND Diet -----Meal plans provided (6 options to choose from including Ketogenic, Balanced (Whole Food), Vegetarian, Vegan, High Fat Low Carb, Anti-Candida or an optional Detox).
As an added BONUS we have an optional support group that meets weekly, in-person on Saturday mornings. The group is facilitated by our health coaches Kylene, and David. This is a great way to get unaccountably and support from your peers.
The group meets Saturdays from 9:30-11:00 am the weeks of the body love challenge.

THE BODY LOVE CHALLENGE IS FREE AND OPEN TO ALL!
We are passionate about you getting this information, having a safe forum to ask questions and all the education and meal plans are free of charge.
Weigh-ins week-to-week are OPTIONAL and also free of charge. There is an additional fee if you decide to participate in the detox program.
While we can't guarantee results (it's all up to you) typical weight loss in the past has been 10-15 lbs in 4-6 weeks without any additional exercise. Hundreds have gone through this program and we've served participants of all sizes and ages. The educational piece alone will last you a lifetime and we guarantee you're going to hear some new and surprising information you haven't heard before!
(We HIGHLY recommend attending The Chemistry of Food class the week before on Jan 15th as it is a great lead-in to the Body Love Challenge - you will so much about HOW food works and what it DOES in your body!!!)
Classes FILL UP so please RSVP and arrive 15 minutes early to get a SEAT. Some classes end up standing room only once we hit capacity.
